Board Meetings - Members Always Welcome
The Board of Directors meets approximately once a month during the fall, winter and spring months. The date and time of the meeting varies in order to ensure that a quorum is present. The date, time and place is posted on the services web page and announced at the services.
If you would like to be notified of Board Meetings by e-mail, please contact the secretary who will put you on an e-mail distribution list. Once on the list, you will recive meeting agenda three or two days before the meeting. You will also receive a draft version of the meeting's minutes a week or two after the meeting.For members without computers, a summary of the meeting's minutes is included in our monthly newsletter.
