Religious Exploration

Unitarians are encouraged to personally explore the religious. Exploration can be carried out through many means including but not limited to: discussing sacred texts, participating in adult classes sponsored by CUC, participating in our book club, sharing inspirational poems and works of art, reflecting on the sacred in everyday life, participating in structured nonverbal activities such as yoga or tai chi or participating in nonverbal unstructured existence through meditation.
